  • BY-WEEKLY BILLING CYCLE (implemented august 2022)
Our billing is based on an average payment plan, which means that rather than charging different amounts for each individual month, we divide the total tuition cost for the entire 38-week school year into equal payments. This approach helps to smooth out the cost and makes budgeting easier for you throughout the year.
By using this method, you’ll have predictable, consistent payments, which we believe helps reduce any financial strain that can sometimes come with the seasonal nature of tuition fees.
The way that the by-weekly rate will be calculated going forward will be based on the total weeks serviced for the school year; this school year there are a total of 42 weeks, however, we will calculate the by-weekly rate based on 38 weeks (excluding spring break, thanksgiving break and winter break).
Example of the calculation is as follow: weekly rate x 38 total weeks in school year / 10 months / 2 = by-weekly rate.
